Our weekly, 1-hour multi-sports sessions are designed to help improve technique, skill & introduce a variety of sports in a fun, social & safe environment. We will play such sports as Football, Dodgeball, Cricket, Tag Rugby and Basketball to give young players a chance to learn many new skills.
3:15: Children are all changed and ready to go.
3:15-3:30: Introduce new skills and techniques for the children to try.
3:30-3:55: Little games/matches for children to experience different game scenarios, rules and teamwork.
4:00: Doors open for collection.
